Can we personalize a rental piece?
Yes. Tell us your names, wording, colors, or finish ideas. We confirm the personalization and proof in writing before making it.
How do we check availability?
Send your event date, venue or city, and preferred pieces. We usually reply by email within a day or two. Your booking is confirmed after availability and the written scope are agreed and the required deposit is received.
Can we pick up our rentals?
Customer pickup and return by appointment has no transport fee. Confirm the piece dimensions, vehicle fit, and loading needs with us. Quoted delivery and pickup are also available.
